Twala Express started in Kampala when our founders kept running into the same problem: getting something from one side of the city to the other was unreliable, opaque, and slow. No tracking. No accountability. Just hope. We built the platform we wished existed.
Today, Twala Express handles five types of logistics - product delivery, package drop-offs, property shifting, real-time tracked parcels, and vendor storefronts - all through a single platform connecting clients, vendors, and riders across Kampala, Wakiso, Mukono, and Entebbe.
